ULAKBİM, which provides academic internet services to universities, has strengthened the internet services of university campuses as a result of infrastructure improvement efforts carried out in cooperation with the Department of Information Technologies of Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University (BEUN).

Following detailed assessments, the request to increase internet speeds at various BEUN campuses was approved by ULAKBİM and implemented through infrastructure enhancement activities conducted by the Department of Information Technologies.

As part of these improvements, the connection speed at Farabi Campus was increased from 3 Gbps to 4 Gbps; at İbni Sina Campus from 800 Mbps to 1 Gbps; at Devrek Vocational School from 150 Mbps to 250 Mbps; at Çaycuma Vocational School from 150 Mbps to 250 Mbps; and at Alaplı Vocational School from 150 Mbps to 250 Mbps.

With these speed upgrades, the internet access experience for students and staff of Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University has been significantly enhanced, aiming to ensure more efficient use of internet services in both academic and administrative activities.
